Child's learning App review

I was really excited to review an app on my iPad. This is the first one that I was able to to and I am loving it!!  The App I was able to review was the Old MacDonald had a Farm story book.

The Bacciz Company has wonderful graphic's and music!!  This app has entertained my children for at least 30 minutes! I think their favorite page is the Pigs. Something about getting the pigs dirty made them all laugh. I didn't even have to show the kids the "extra" stuff on each page. They were able to touch and learn for themselves, which as a mom I love a product that is KID friendly.

This will be the last of the January Ultimate Family Giveaway and I think it's a perfect way to end.  I love these candles and apparently so does everyone else.  Good Luck!  

I've seen a lot of great reviews surrounding 3-8-1 Candles and I thought it was time that I reviewed one to see for myself how amazing they are. The owner of this candle shop named her 3-8-1 Candles based on an inscription that serves as a meaningful reminder to her husband of the love she feels for him. I would really appreciate it if you would click here to read more about this company and what 3-8-1 stands for. I'm very sentimental and I think the company name is a wonderful sentiment.

For my product review, I selected the True Love's Spell candle scent and it was wonderful. These candles are so cute and blingy, sprinkled with sparkly glitter. Enchanting. I usually throw away my candle jars when they burn down but I loved the jar with the wooden lid so much that I decided to keep it to store buttons in. Every time I open the lid I'm reminded of the scent that is lingering in the jar. My candle had double wicks and was hand poured adding a nice personal touch to a beautiful as well as lovely scented candle.

It took 2 full days (and nights) of burning my candle down before I finally reached the bottom of it *sigh*. It was fabulous and I already miss the scent that seemed to energize and relax me all at the same time. Nestled in the very bottom of my candle was a pretty ring wrapped in tin foil. It's really dainty and cute. Each jewelry item in the candles range between $39.99 to $1,000. I couldn't find any inscription inside the ring and judging from the looks of it I'm convinced it's not a valuable piece of jewelry, but, it is pretty and it is genuine since they only put genuine jewelry in their candles. The center stone is green and there are two tinsy winsie little stones; 1 on each side. I think this ring would be the perfect style for my 9 year old grand daughter but I don't think it is sturdy enough for her age, the width is just so tiny. I think for now I'll save it until she is a little older.

Pink Monogram

Every since I discovered The Pink Monogram, I've practically lived on the site. There are so many products I'd love to own and I've still yet to see. This bag measures 21" by 12.5" by 12" and is the perfect bag for anything. It holds all of her textbooks, her handbag, her accessories and more. It comes with a lock and 2 keys so she feels safe keeping everything she needs in it. She used to have to go to the car before or after classes to switch out books because she had a small rolling bag before receiving this larger one. It's built tough to withstand whatever goes in it and it's also stain resistant. It looks like canvas but it's not. We love it and I can't think of a single thing I would change about this bag. Gems & Candles Giveaway

Here we are once again with what I think is my two favorite things in ONE!! Candles and pretty Gems! Now these aren't your Walmart Gems!! These are amazing and you could get a Diamond. So I really hope you enjoy this giveaway and get excited for it because I AM!! Good Luck!

 When I was researching soy candles I came across a Precious Gem candle at Sandsational Sparkle. The more I read about it, the more I had to have one. I love candles and gems, I mean really, who doesn't? In every Precious Gem candle, there is a gem inside worth $20 to $5,000, and in every 1,000 Precious Gem candles, there is a diamond inside (1.2 carat).

These candles are worth the price of purchase for the scent alone. Mine was wonderful. I received a Lavender Lane scent (doesn't it sound delightful) soy candle for my product review. It took me a week to burn it down and for me that is a record for candle burning time. The most I've ever had a candle burn for was 3 days; of course that was before I received my Precious Gem candle. I have at least one soy candle burning all the time. In fact, the only time I don't have a candle burning is if I'm away from home. Wonderful candle scents can relax me like nothing else can.

It took me two days before I was able to retrieve my gem from the candle and when I did I was really pleased with my discovery. The gemstone was kept nice and safe in a small glass vial. Following the website that was included in the candle package, I discovered that it is a Bali Topaz. It's octagon in shape, 12x7 mm and AAA quality. I think it's beautiful and would make a lovely ring. I haven't made up my mind yet to have the Topaz turned into a ring or not. It's not an expensive gem, however, I think it's lovely. If I decide to have my stone turned into a ring I will be sure to share the photo with you on my facebook page. If I had a choice of any gift in the world, it would be something monogrammed. I love having my initials or name on my things. It just makes everything so personalized. My sister is the same way. Just about everything she buys is monogrammed. She recently moved here from Texas and has been helping me with reviews and around the house. I wanted to do something nice for her. I knew that would generate some interest in the items with her college friends and she would be able to share this great site with them. The first item she picked out is a gorgeous scarf. She has a scarf to match everything she owns just about. This is the first monogrammed scarf she has though and we were both thrilled with her choice. I'm glad they gave that option because everyone is different and likes different fonts, styles and thread colors. Cheryl LOVES her scarf. It is so beautiful on her. Scarfs are so versatile, they can be worn every which way a person could imagine and she has a great imagination. The scarf is so soft it feels like cashmere. They have a large variety and most of them can be worn by men or women.
The second thing my sis picked out was a large market tote. She is a firm believer in using reusable products and refuses to accept plastic bags when we go shopping. I admire anyone who cares about our environment as much as she does. The monogrammed tote she received is the perfect size for her when she shops. She is single so she don't need a lot when she shops. It's also the perfect size for her pens, tablets, books and whatnot for school. It has pegs on the bottom so the fabric is not resting on the counter or floor if she takes it to college or where ever she has to sit it down. It's colorful and vibrant just like she prefers. Again, she was able to pick out the font, style and thread color. The material is very easy to keep clean. The metal is also very easy to clean and it's just an all around great market tote. I wish I could explain to you just how much she loves this tote. She claims it's the handiest tote she has ever owned.

Not only do you have to kill them in their hair, you have to treat your furniture, their bedding, your car and every area they have been in. I don't know about you but somethings are just better HOMEMADE! I don't have the time to make soap at home so I love that I can get a great quality of soap from Simple Traditions.  Check out Terri's review below. 

It's no secret by now that I prefer all natural bath and body products. While looking around on the world wide web for handmade all natural soap, I came across some blueberry soap (vegan) from Simple Traditions. I could almost smell the scent through my screen, it looked so good. What I especially liked about this company is that each bar of soap is hand cut, it's made with all natural products including palm oil, and they have one of the larges varieties of handmade products that I've had the pleasure of using and trying.  

 I want to mention a few things about the blueberry soap. As I previously stated, it's vegan. If you like handmade natural soap that lathers well, smells delightful, rinses clean and leaves your skin felling soft and lightly scented, you will love this soap as much as I do. I encourage you to go check out this soap and all of the other wonderful fragrances as well as all of the other products.
