Bows n' Ties Review

What did you wear for St. Patrick's Day? That same OLD t-shirt that you've been wearing for that last FIVE years!!  I know that I did BUT my husband had the chance to wear this tie. Wow, did he get compliments.

I know your jealous:) Just kidding but really this is a wonderful tie. When I first opened the box I fell right in love with it. The green is slightly subdued then it shows in the picture. Instead of Lime it's more like a olive green.  Then I took it out of the package and loved the texture and feel. It is so soft and solid. Some tie's are very thin and wimpy in structure, NOT this one.  Then when I found out that Bows n' Ties products start at $9.90 I was sold! 

A few years ago I went looking for a tie for my son that was about four then. We eventually found them and I was not going to pay $30 for a little boys Tie and they only had about five to choose from:( Needless to say I was very disappointed until NOW!

Creativium Paper Theater Review

I love when I get a chance to review things with my children.  Mechtarium LLC is a company that has done that.  First off I must say that I love, love, love the graphic's in Creativium.  It was the first thing my son said that was "cool" about the App. 

This is a interactive story board that your children can create their stories how they want them. Right now there is only one story board, which I must say is a bummer, but they are currently working on new ones. I am super excited to see them. So as your child creates they take snapshots of their work and then they can view the story as they see it happening.

  
My son decided that his knight and Ogor would fight. The Ogor killed the knight and then the Princess killed the Ogor. Then the Viken' (as he calls him) would come done and stop all the fighting and they would all live in peace. (That was the first time I really ever heard of the Viking stopping the fight) He had fun throwing a party with a CLOWN and balloons.  

 The first few times that he tested out the Creativium - Paper Theater he wasn't to excited but then they created NEW characters and he loves it:) I am not sure if I would pay for this App with so much still needing to be developed but if your children are very into creating stories of their very own I would say this is the App for you.  Also you can click on the picture below to check out the App.  Happy downloading:)

Uglee Pen Review

Have you ever found yourself with a hand cramp after writing for a little while?  I have and it hurts.  I was told by a blogging friend that I needed to get an Uglee pen. I asked her, " A what pen?"  And if you think at all like me I was wondering why someone would ever name their product Uglee and why would I buy it!!!!!!
Well I will tell you what the Uglee Pen has saved my hand!!

 My husband won't use one because he thinks that the grip is sticky.  I said great more for me and the kids!! I am interested in seeing if the grip becomes hard over time(years really) But I think that the ink will run out before the grip does:) I urge you to look into this great product if you ever have troubles with your hand cramping.

Juppy Baby Walker Review

Milestones in your child's life are amazing to be apart of.  Their first smile, first bath, first tooth, first steps. All of these a parent loves to be involved in. I know I just couldn't wait for my little one's first steps. I know my BACK was yelling, "Just walk already, I hurt!!"

 I was super excited to review the Juppy Baby Walker!

This will save so many of your backs from the aches and pains of bending over to help that little one get practice in walking.  Check out this great video of how it will help your back.

 I choose a gender neutral Juppy so all my family can experience less back pain. I love that you can personalize your Juppy. Since I wanted my family to used this great product I thought we need to label it "Beginner" so all could relate.

 I do not have a child that is just reaching that exciting age of walking so I had to turn to a friend to get this product tested. This was great for our day at the park.  Usually we could only stay for a little while (until my back was done) but we stayed for close to three hours (until it was nap time).  I not only experienced less back pain but my older kids were able to take it and help out.  Where as before just holding on to the little one's hands was rough for an adult. (not to mention the little one's arms) We had a grand time playing at the park thanks to the Juppy Baby Walker.

Pourty Potty Review

Alright I have three children and really haven't had a hard time potty training until NOW!! You see my daughter was fairly easy and then we attempted potty training with my son to no avail. Then my daughter told him one morning that he was not a BIG BOY until he went potty in the Big Boy potty! From then on out he never used diapers again. So we have come to the BIG #3 on potty training and I thought well I've done it twice right so the third time should be easier. NOT!!  I am a mom that says to wait with potty training until the child seems to be interested. So we waited and then in August 2012 he seemed interested. Can I say BAD TIMING. We had just moved a few months earlier and were headed back for our family reunion camping trip. Let's just say it was a no go with the long driving hours and then the outhouse access the only restroom available. We came home and he would SCREAM at the thought of sitting on the potty. I have never heard of anyone screaming and kicking not to be put on the potty. So back in diapers we go, mostly for mom's sanity and to stop the screaming!  I had heard from another blogger that she was able to try the Pourty Potty and LOVED it. Well I was not one for training potties. They seemed gross and a pain to clean! But as I looked up the Pourty I found that it was made of all one piece of plastic. No seems, no grooves, or crevisis that could get nasty.  




So I got it with my hopes as high as one's can be that I would be done buying diapers. I talked with my son and showed it to him on the internet so he would know what HIS toilet would look like. You should have seen him the day it arrived!! He was jumping up and down about how he got a potty trainer:)






So we removed all the sticker BEFORE use and tried in out. He did great. In fact he didn't want to get off:) So I let him bond with his little potty trainer. As I went back in to see how he was doing I found that he was pouring it into the toilet and cleaning it himself! Although it did make more work for me I was pretty impressed that he knew what to do. 

I am loving the Pourty not only because it's his potty trainer but we can take it with us with VERY little clean up if he does use it.  I do miss that it was just about an inch taller but my son is almost three and most kids train earlier.  So if you know anyone that is struggling getting their little one to go I would defiantly recommend the Pourty Potty Chair!

Dapper Snapper Review

Do you find yourself trying to get your little one's pants to STAY up?  I loved loved loved when they came out with the adjustable waist in the front. Then after watching the button rub my poor kids hips to death I went searching again for something to help.
